A competiion sponsored by AIA Dallas to generate ideas to retrofit the urban Dr Pepper bottling facility as a mixed-use development. The much loved Moderne building was slated for demolition and would have to connect to the new Midtown rail station on Mockingbird Lane and have retail, housing and parking components. Ultimately the winning entries were unable to convince the new owners of the merit of re-using the building.
