Coffee Park in University Park - Dallas, was a municipal bond renovation of a Park in the community of the Park Cities. The program outlined pavilions, masterplanning, landscape and upgrades to existing sports facilities. Working with Halff Associates of Dallas, who undertook the landscape and planning duties we conceived pavilions that provided shade and anchoring to the mature park that is well-used all year long.
